This is the big pop-rock song that evolved a million times over two years or so. Written originally as a crappy breakup song with a girl that Robby dated in 2005/2006 and even dated her cousin when he was in college. Some pretty awkward times. It is very bouncy. Bouncy bouncy... Oh such a good time... Yeah, I'm in the wrong country here. Auto-Tune is used here and there for funsies. It's pop! Enjoy.
lyrics
Hang on
Til The Break of Dawn
we don't have tomorrow to carry on
stay with me
and love me through the night cuz
we don't have another day to make it alright
of all the times that we spent together
my mind is lost we're not meant for eachother
and if i recall, correctly last fall, you told me that you'd love me forever
and I thought I had what I wanted in life
You said one day you'd be my wife, ya know
and after all that has passed us by the past 10 months were just a lie
(chorus)
When I would kiss you I thought it was a dream
It made so much sense, we were the perfect team
Where did we go wrong? Despite lasting so long?
Is this how we really fit in the scheme?
and I thought I had what I wanted in life
You said one day you'd be my wife, ya know
and after all that has passed us by the past 10 years were just a lie!
(chorus)
